Jazz/Contemporary with Miss Brittany
Our Adult Jazz/Contemporary Dance Class is a fun and dynamic class that combines the energy and technique of jazz with the expressive and fluid style of contemporary dance. Designed for adults of all skill levels, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and coordination while exploring a variety of choreography and movement styles. Whether you're new to dance or looking to refine your skills, you'll enjoy a supportive environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and fitness through dance.

​Monday Dance Workout - With Miss Maria
​This class will follow dance/ group dance fitness choreography. You’ll learn the routines that go with each song. You won’t even know you’re working out! Feel free to bring a stepper if you would like to add the extra burn. Bring a water and mat with you. All shoes need to be dedicated for indoor use. Shoes worn outside cannot come into our dance studios or it can ruin the floor.​

Thursday Adult Tap- with Miss. Maria
This class is for all levels! The class will be structured around intermediate and Miss. Maria will provide beginner and advanced options for everything. The class will begin with a warmup of the ankles, legs and feet. We will then go across the floor working different skills. Then we head back to center floor working rudiments, timesteps and more! We will build upon a combo to learn each month! Each month is a new combo so you can hop right in! New? Try in sneakers!

Thursday Dance Workout - With Miss Jess
​This class will follow dance/ group dance fitness choreography. This class includes a variety of movement with music. From weights to resistance bands to mobility and ending with a deep stretch to leave the body feeling strong and ready to conquer the world!
Bring a water and mat with you. All shoes need to be dedicated for indoor use. Shoes worn outside cannot come into our dance studios or it can ruin the floor.

Saturday AM Workout
This class is a structured weighted workout. We lift weights and follow with a heart pumping cardio. This class does not have any choreographed dancing. This class will work all muscle groups and leave your body burnin’, feeling great & ready to conquer the weekend! Bring a water and mat with you. All shoes need to be dedicated for indoor use. Shoes worn outside cannot come into our dance studios or it can ruin the floor.​​​
