Tickets will go on Sale Wednesday, May 13th at 11:30AM
* Each Dancer will be allotted 6 tickets MAX for first 1.5 weeks of Sale for purchase.
* This ensures everyone has the opportunity for 6 people to come before anything sells out
* You Will need to use your personalized Code for redemption Code in order to purchase
* First 3 Letters of First Name, First 3 Letters of Last name, then 11 or 330 depending on show time.
Example; Maria Ruffato in 3:30pm Saturday Show would be MarRuf330

* Ticket Price? Ranges from $18-$25 + Buff State Fees
* Issues when purchasing? Call Buffalo State Box Office, they handle all ticketing.
* Assigned Seating- Tickets won't sell out but seating preference is first come first serve. Dancers will not need a ticket as they will be backstage the whole time. Ages 2 & Under can sit laps. All others will need a paid ticket in order to enter

We now offer a live stream ticket for families that are out of town, elderly, etc that cannot make it to the show. The Cost will be $45 for the Live stream ticket to watch from home at the same time they are on stage! This can be purchased starting May 13th as well and will not need any Code to purchase

Performing Arts Center EVENT INFORMATION:
•The Buffalo State Performing Arts Center is located on FLOOR 2 of Rockwell Hall at Buffalo State University https://goo.gl/maps/ReaAsJQ3LjV7oUraA
•Handicap accessible entrance with elevator to the venue is located via the double glass door entrance at parking lot I-30 (rear of Rockwell Hall via the Iroquois Drive entrance to campus off Elmwood Avenue) https://goo.gl/maps/z42dXxsTSnUPyTq68
•FREE PARKING for this event will be in the general campus lots surrounding Rockwell Hall (Lots R-1, R-2, R-3 off the Rockwell Road entrance to campus; Lots I-30, I-32, I-33 off the Iroquois entrance to campus)
ADA/Wheelchair seating. For any of your patrons requiring ADA/Wheelchair seating they can click on the link that says Purchase Accessible Seats which will prompt them to fill out a form and our box office will contact them to fulfill the request. "I would urge your patrons to only use this form for severe mobility issues or for those patrons that need to stay in their wheelchair or motorized scooter. We only have 10 of these seats so they will be limited to patrons requiring the seat and one companion with them. We will be unable to accommodate groups larger than two via this request form."

DRESS REHEARSALS- AT BUFFALO STATE COLLEGE
THESE ARE CLOSED TO 1 PARENT ONLY-
- Dancers arrive for dress rehearsal & show in 1st costume... READY TO GO
- Hair back tight in whatever style they wish & makeup.
- Please do not bring duffels, Ipads, toys, Water, snacks, extra items backstage as we will be exiting from the stage at the end of the show.
- We will have water & Activities backstage.
-You do not need your recital shirt unless you are a competitive team member or in Teen Classes and want to change for Final Bows.
DRESS REHEARSAL IS MANDATORY TO PERFORM IN SHOW

MULTIPLE DANCES?
** Dancers with multiple dances, please come in first costume and have the rest of your costumes in a hanging garment bag with name labeled. Labeled Garment Bags in Dancer Name & Song & Shoes is very important. We have changing tents and rooms and teachers will help dancers change. Parents wil not be permitted backstage.
DOOR TIMES ON SHOW DAY
Sat 11 AM Show 2 - Doors open at 10am -> Dancers checked in backstage by 10:40am -> Show begins at 11am
Sat 3:30 PM Show 3- Doors re-open at 2:30pm-> Dancers checked in backstage by 3:10pm-> Show begins at 3:30pm
6:30pm Competitive Show Friday-> Doors open at 5:30pm -> Dancers checked in backstage by 6:15pm -> Show begins at 6:30pm
How Long is the show?
Our Show is approximately 2 hours
all dancers besides Guardian & Me Remain backstage during the entire show.
Pick Up - Dancers can be picked up following the shows completion. Dancers will remain backstage for the entire show and at the shows completion we will have everyone exit except one parent. We will have all dancers exit from the Aud with their parents. Older dancers with costumes backstage can walk backstage with their parents following the show to get their items from the dressing room.
